Survey

I have surveyed twelve people, six of them were males and the other six were females. I asked them to “list five ‘symptoms’ of love and at least one ‘cure’ to those symptoms.” Then, I grouped up the answers in medical terms and came up with this pie chart:

The top five symptom of love mentioned was anxiety, euphoria, altered mental status, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Symptoms
Addiction
The fact or condition of being addicted to a particular substance, thing, or activity.

Altered Mental Status
An alteration in mental status refers to general changes in brain function, such as confusion amnesia, loss of alertness, loss of orientation (not cognizant of self, time, or place), defects in judgment or thought, poor regulation of emotions, and disruptions in perception, psychomotor skills, and behavior.
Anxiety
A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Desire to do something, typically accompanied by unease.
Attraction
The action or power of evoking interest, pleasure, or liking for someone or something: "the timeless attraction of a good tune".
A quality or feature of something or someone that evokes interest, liking, or desire.
Compliant
Inclined to agree with others or obey rules, esp. to an excessive degree; acquiescent: "good-humored, eagerly compliant girls".
Escapism
The tendency to seek distraction and relief from unpleasant realities, esp. by seeking entertainment or engaging in fantasy.
Diaphoresis
Sweating, esp. to an unusual degree as a symptom of disease or a side effect of a drug.

Euphoria
A feeling or state of intense excitement and happiness.

Heart Palpitations
Heart palpitations are the feelings of having rapid, fluttering or pounding heartbeats. Heart palpitations can be triggered by stress, exercise, medication or, rarely, an underlying medical condition.
Inquisition
A period of prolonged and intensive questioning or investigation
Insomnia
Habitual sleeplessness; inability to sleep.
Lack of Appetite
A loss of appetite means you have no desire to eat, even though you may not have eaten enough to supply your body with its basic caloric requirements. Food sounds unappealing or even disgusting, and you may feel full quicker than usual.
Motivation
The general desire or willingness of someone to do something.
The reason or reasons one has for acting or behaving in a particular way
OCD
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is an anxiety disorder characterized by unreasonable thoughts and fears (obsessions) that lead you to do repetitive behaviors (compulsions). With obsessive-compulsive disorder, you may realize that your obsessions aren't reasonable, and you may try to ignore them or stop them. But that only increases your distress and anxiety. Ultimately, you feel driven to perform compulsive acts in an effort to ease your stressful feelings.
Syncope
Temporary loss of consciousness caused by a fall in blood pressure.

Cures:
The majority of the people I surveyed, when asked, said that there were no cure to ‘Love’.
